terms and conditions of sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Print Creative UK to customers via our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

All goods are made to order and may include custom branding, artwork, or embroidery as specified by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure all artwork and specifications are correct before production begins. 

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept payment via secure third-party providers. 

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin production. Lead times vary depending on product type and quantity and will be communicated at the time of order. 

We use reputable third-party couriers to deliver your goods. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, Print Creative UK is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control. 

You may return any item bought from our standard range* within14 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed. 

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of

• Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
• Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
• Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*.

All designs, logos, and branding provided by the customer remain their property. Print Creative UK will not reproduce or distribute customer artwork outside the scope of the agreed order. 

Print Creative UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
